Streusel Topping:
- 30g low protein flour
- 15g sugar
- 15g butter

- Mix until crumbly.
Muffin Batter:
- 160g milk
- 2 eggs
- 90g oil
- 80g sugar
- 240g low protein flour
- 30g milk powder
- 9g baking powder
- Handful of blueberries
Instructions:
- Mix milk and eggs, then add half the oil. Mix well.
- Add remaining oil, mix, then add sugar and whisk.
- Combine flour, milk powder, and baking powder. Sieve into wet ingredients, fold to a thick batter.
- Fill cups 50%, add blueberries, fill to 90%, add more blueberries.
- Sprinkle streusel on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
