  • 800g pork belly
  • 3 tbsp salt flakes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 10 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 cucumber, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lao Gan Ma chilli oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice

    • Pat the pork belly dry to absorb as much moisture as possible. Score the skin down to the fat in a criss-cross pattern and rub in the salt flakes.

    • Preheat your Ninja oven to 350°F (175°C) on the gourmet roast setting. Place the pork belly inside for 15 minutes. After this time, remove the pork belly, add oil to the skin, and return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes on top heat. This will ensure a crispy skin.

    • In a small bowl, mix together the sweet chilli sauce and Lao Gan Ma chilli oil.
  4. Assemble the Dish:
