  • 250g Potato Utopia Crunchies
  • 500g extra lean mince
  • 1/2 brown onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp low-fat mayo
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp barbecue sauce
  • 6 pickle slices
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce leaves
  • 50g light tasty cheese, grated
  • 1g sesame seeds

🌟 Method 🌟

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

2. Prepare the Potato Crunchies:
Place the Potato Utopia crunchies on a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until softened. Remove from the oven, smash them with the back of a cup, and return them to the oven for another 15 minutes or until super crispy!

3. Cook the Mince:
While the crunchies are baking, sauté the extra lean mince in a pan with 1/4 of the finely diced brown onion, salt, and pepper until fully cooked.

4. Make the Big Mac Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the low-fat mayo, dijon mustard, paprika, garlic salt, barbecue sauce, pickle juice, and 2 finely chopped pickle slices.

5. Assemble the Salad:
