Instant Pot® Mississippi Roast

Looking for a delicious and easy roast recipe? Try this Mississippi Roast made in the Instant Pot!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) beef broth
  • 3.5 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 jar (16 oz) pepperoncini peppers and juice
  • 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package (1 oz) dry onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. Pour beef broth into Instant Pot. Add beef chunks and sprinkle with ranch dressing and onion soup mix. Place butter on top, then add pepperoncinis and juice.
  2. Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 110 minutes.
  3. Naturally release the pressure for 10-40 minutes.
