Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) beef broth
- 3.5 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 jar (16 oz) pepperoncini peppers and juice
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 package (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
Directions:
- Pour beef broth into Instant Pot. Add beef chunks and sprinkle with ranch dressing and onion soup mix. Place butter on top, then add pepperoncinis and juice.
- Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 110 minutes.
- Naturally release the pressure for 10-40 minutes.
