Portuguese Egg Tart (Asian Version)

Love tarts but short on time? Use supermarket puff pastry! Just shape, make the egg mixture, pour, and bake. You can also use ready-made puff pastry tart shells.

Egg Mixture (for 10 medium tarts):

  • 140g milk
  • 35g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 120g whipping cream
  • 10g condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Shape the puff pastry.
  2. Mix all egg mixture ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture into tart shells.
  4. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
