Love tarts but short on time? Use supermarket puff pastry! Just shape, make the egg mixture, pour, and bake. You can also use ready-made puff pastry tart shells.
Egg Mixture (for 10 medium tarts):
- 140g milk
- 35g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120g whipping cream
- 10g condensed milk
Instructions:
- Shape the puff pastry.
- Mix all egg mixture ingredients.
- Pour mixture into tart shells.
- Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
