- Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 (14 ounce) pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix and water; simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Place the pre-baked pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread a layer of refried beans over the crust.
- Top with seasoned ground beef and sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, onion, black olives, salsa, and sour cream.
- Slice and serve.
