Ingredients:
- Ground pork (1 pound)
- Minced onion (1/2 cup)
- Minced garlic (2 cloves)
- Finely shredded carrot (1/2 cup)
- Chopped green onions (1/2 cup)
- Thinly sliced green cabbage (1/2 cup)
- Thinly sliced celery (1/2 cup)
- Soy sauce (1 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Lumpia wrappers (30 pieces)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Combine pork, onion, garlic, carrot, green onions, cabbage, and celery in a bowl. Season with soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling onto each lumpia wrapper. Fold, tuck in ends, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet over medium heat. Fry lumpia in batches until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
