I couldn’t resist the lovely range of dried fruits and veggies in Bangkok, and they were perfect for my marshmallow bites. The colorful fruits make them look so tempting and attractive, just perfect when you need last-minute holiday gifts.
And of course, I wanted an excuse to bake on my Christmas baking tray 😜
Method
- Coat the bottom of the marshmallows with icing sugar or flour.
- Bake the marshmallows at 120°C for 10 minutes.
- Stick your favorite dried fruits, veggies, or cookies on the marshmallows.
- Cool and keep in an airtight container.
